SHIPPING POLICY

At Baristouchluxuryhairs, we are committed to delivering your products in the fastest and safest manner possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
     

  • Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on the destination:
     

  • Domestic Orders: 3-7 business days Standard Shipping
    International Orders: 7-14 business days depending on your location

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment
     

Lost or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. However, we strongly recommend contacting your local post office or courier service for assistance.

RETURNS  POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our return policy carefully

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

​

  • We accept returns on unopened and unused hair products within 2 days of the delivery date.
     

  • Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
    We do not accept returns on hair products that have been opened, worn, or used due to hygiene and safety concerns.
    To initiate a return, please email us at hello@baristouchluxuryhairs.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, wrong item was sent.
     

  • Exchanges: we do not accept exchange of an item that has been paid for and shipped out but if you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
     

REFUND POLICY


If your return  request is approved , we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

    • If your order is eligible for a refund, we will notify you by email once it has been processed.Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was from us.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 7-10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Opened or used hair products.

Discounted or sale items.

Custom orders (if applicable).
