• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  International Orders: 7-14 business days depending on your location

• Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
   

• Lost or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. However, we strongly recommend contacting your local post office or courier service for assistance.
   

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our return policy carefully:

• Eligibility for Returns:
   

  • We accept returns on unopened and unused hair products within 2 days of the delivery date.
     

  • Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
    We do not accept returns on hair products that have been opened, worn, or used due to hygiene and safety concerns.
    Return Process:
     

  • To initiate a return, please email us at hello@baristouchluxuryhairs.com with your order number and reason for return.
     

  • Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.
     

  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, wrong item was sent.
     

• Exchanges: we do not accept exchange of an item that has been paid for and shipped out but if you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
